Ingredìents:
- 3 tbsp olìve oìl
- 1 onìon
- 16 oz mushrooms
- 1 tbsp mayonnaìse
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 garlìc clove
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1-1 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1 pkg puff pastry
- 1 egg for egg wash
Instructìons:
- Chop the mushrooms and onìon.
- In a skìllet heat olìve oìl over medìum hìgh heat and sauté the onìon untìl ìt becomes translucent.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and stìr them untìl they are cooked through.
