EASY HOMEMADE TOMATO SOUP
Something healthy and comforting for the weather,that too under 30 mins and better than restaurants- creamy,easy Tomato Soup!

This comes together under 30 mins or even less,superbly healthy, delish and kid friendly, amazing on your dinner table with crispy homemade  sesame croutons.

Try this recipe of smooth and creamy,easy homemade Tomato Soup,
served with homemade Sesame Croutons!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp,Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Small,Red Onion,chopped
  • 1 Small,Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 Garlic,cloves,chopped
  • 6 Medium Tomatoes,chopped
  • 1.5 tsp Black Pepper Powder,divided
  • As per need Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Cup Unsalted Vegetable Stock,divided (use Vegetable Bouillon Cubes instead)
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 tsp,Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp,Thyme Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp,Parsley Flakes
  • 3 Tbsp,Cream
  • Shredded Cheddar(optional)

For Croutons:

  • 2 Hot Dog Buns,cut into squares
  • 2 Tbsp Butter,salted
  • 1 Tbsp White Sesame Seeds

Instructìons


  1. In a pan,add butter,then add the garlic,onion,tomato and bell pepper.
  2. Fry till soft,add the salt,sugar and other spices except cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and toss for some time.
  3. Let it cool off.
  4. Grind this to a smooth paste with 1 Cup vegetable stock.
  5. In the pan,add this ground paste,add remaining black pepper powder and cayenne pepper.
  6. Add remaining vegetable stock and cook it further till desired consistency.
  7. Add Cream and mix well.
  8. Serve hot with grated cheese and croutons.
  9. Enjoy hot!
